Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Picasse receiver is used to receive pushed alerts sent by the Picasse communication platform. The alert sound is different for every message priority set by the sender. It additionally provides the location of the phone to the sender to determine whether someone is available for duty. Features: - Receives push notifications and plays a sound upon delivery - User is asked to accept the message/task or to reject it, feedback is sent to Picasse - GPS coordinates and SSID are sent to Picasse - Keeps an archive of the received messages
